My stay at this hotel in the heart of Aviemore was as I expected and as the pictures showed online. The lack of a fan in the room during the summer was a downside, and the room was not ready upon our arrival, even though a voucher was offered, it did not cover the cost of drinks bought at the bar.
The hotel was in a central location in Aviemore, making it convenient for various activities. The rooms, though on the small side, were adequate for our stay. The service was consistently friendly and professional. The dining experience had a good variety of food choices, but there were some issues with the promptness of service. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
